    My warmest congratulations on your birthday. I also wish you, Auro and your two girls a happy New Year. We had a wonderful week in October on your beautiful place. I really enjoyed the charming house with all the space, the old-style rooms and the old furniture. May be the best was the fantastic view both on a foggy morning and in a sunny afternoon,  or - was it the excellent Italian dinner you both prepared on Anne’s birthday.

    Ciao Alessandra and Auro,
    thank you so much for your hospitality! We enjoyed staying a whole week at your lovely and very pleasant place of Villa Giusterna! And we enjoyed to get lessons from you how to cook Italian pasta! Coming back to Denmark and Copenhagen we now have tried to make some tagliatelli with pancetta to have a carbonara. It had a very nice smell and a good taste. We attach some pictures from our kitchen making pasta today and from our dining outside in the evening sun.
